Species We Target Sydney Harbour boasts an impressive 586 different species of fish, as well as an abundance of squid and crustaceans.

In addition to its rich marine biodiversity, Sydney Harbour offers a wide range of seasonal fishing targets. We target a multitude of species throughout the year, including salmon, bonito, tailor, tunas, flathead, bream, hairtail, amberjack, samson fish, blackfish, surgeon fish, trevally, and John Dory. Kingfish and Jewfish are two of the most sought-after species in the harbour.

Kingfish can reach impressive sizes of up to 50lbs, and Jewfish can grow up to 80lbs.
