At Fit2gether HFX, clients can expect individualized attention and customized exercise programs to help them reach their fitness goals. Each personal training session is approximately 60 minutes long and includes a full body assessment, specific exercises, and a cool down. With a focus on setting SMART goals and providing expert guidance, clients can be sure they are on the right track towards achieving their desired results.
For those who prefer a group setting, small group training sessions are also available for 3–5 people. These sessions provide a high-energy workout, while still allowing for one-on-one attention and motivation from the personal trainer.
