Hey everyone,
Luke here from FITCAP CIC, just wanted to touch base with our wonderful sports community in Birmingham. For those who may not know, FITCAP CIC is all about giving kids and adults opportunities to play, learn, and smash their goals. Luke and the team are all about getting folks moving and feeling good through sports.
We're running loads of weekly activities that you can book online or just join on the day. There’s something for everyone – a youth club for ages 10-14, boxing for 8-14 year olds, free dance sessions for the 6-10 and 11-16 age groups, disability football for those over 18, bootcamp sessions for adults, kids club activities for ages 5-10, an LGBTQ+ youth group, and free multisport fun for ages 7-16.
FITCAP CIC works closely with our local community, believing that when we come together, amazing things happen. We've got brilliant partners who back our vision of promoting health and well-being through sport.
And the feedback? Phenomenal. Kids have a blast at our activities, parents are chuffed with the positive changes they see, and our volunteers love getting involved and making a difference. It's a win-win all around.
On top of the regular sessions, we also run event programmes during the summer, Easter, Christmas, and half-term holidays. These camps keep everyone active and connected all year round.
We're all about the community – FITCAP CIC is run by the people, for the people. Joining our activities is a great way to meet new faces and make new mates.
If you’ve got a knack for coaching, we’d love for you to join our team. Luke and the crew are always on the lookout for passionate folks to help us make a positive impact.
To keep all this going, we also need a bit of support. You can help us out by shopping online through easyfundraising.org.uk, which lets you donate to FITCAP at no extra cost.
So, thanks to everyone for being part of this vibrant community. Luke and everyone at FITCAP CIC are excited to keep bringing you loads of sports and activities to boost health, well-being, and community spirit.
Cheers,
Luke @ FITCAP CIC
