FitHer You – Ladies Exercise Club is a gym located in the centre of Trowbridge, NZ. On the initial visit, a FitHer Trainer will guide new members through a medical history information sheet and discuss their goals and aims for joining. The trainer will then create a personalised plan tailored to the individual's needs.

During the induction process, the FitHer Trainer will accompany members through the circuit, explaining and demonstrating the use of each machine. Appointments are required for the initial induction and the following two sessions to ensure members feel comfortable and confident using the equipment safely.

Membership at FitHer You is priced at 34 per month, payable by direct debit with a 30-day cancellation notice. Members have full access to the gym within its opening hours and can benefit from a personalised plan. The gym also offers a free trial week to give individuals an opportunity to explore the exercises and facilities before committing.
