Jess kicked off her fitness career as an aerobic instructor and became a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer while starring in the West End’s “We Will Rock You.” She's got pre and postnatal certifications too, bringing her own mum-experiences to the mix for a balanced and realistic approach.
Located right in Windlesham village, Jess’s BOOTCAMP sessions at the Windlesham Field of Remembrance are made for all fitness levels. Think circuits, weights, HIIT, endurance, boxercise, and even disco workouts! All you need are light weights and a gym mat. Jess makes sure each session is filled with great tunes, varied exercises, and heaps of encouragement, leaving you pumped and ready to tackle the day.
In addition to BOOTCAMP, Jess offers one-on-one personal training, corporate sessions, home plans, wedding packages, and even dance parties.
