Simone O'Brien is the personal trainer and owner of Fit it in. With over five years of experience in the industry, Simone has transformed many clients' lives through her personalised training programmes. She holds a Level 3 Award in Supporting Pre and Postnatal clients in exercise and nutrition, allowing her to cater to individuals at various stages of their lives. Simone has trained diverse clients and has gained knowledge from working in different gym environments, professional football clubs, community centres, care homes, and group training settings.

Her aim in opening Fit it in was to encourage the local community to socialise through exercise and improve their physical and mental health.

Simone believes that getting in shape should be a pleasurable and empowering lifestyle decision. She aims to show clients the enjoyable side of fitness while helping them achieve their goals. She is also an active participant in fitness activities herself, playing semi-professional football for Maidenhead United Women FC.
