After gaining experience as a group fitness instructor, I realised the impact that personalised training could have on individuals. I wanted to provide a service that catered to the specific needs and goals of each client, so I decided to become a certified personal trainer. Fit Me Training was born out of a desire to help individuals achieve their fitness goals in a way that is tailored to their unique needs and preferences.

At Fit Me Training, we believe that fitness should be enjoyable and sustainable. We understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to exercise, so we design personalised training programmes that incorporate activities that you enjoy. Whether you prefer HIIT workouts, weightlifting, running, or yoga, we will create a programme that keeps you motivated and excited to work towards your goals.

Our personal training services are designed to optimise your workouts and help you achieve the best possible results. We offer bespoke training programmes that span 5 to 10 weeks, combining tailored exercises with nutritional guidance. We take into account your time constraints, location, and preferences to develop a programme that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle.

For those who already have some fitness experience and are on a tight budget, we offer 4/6/12 week progressive fitness programmes that you can follow at home or in the gym. These programmes are designed to help you optimise your workouts and get the most out of your training.
