Melanie Wilson, the founder of Fitness by Mel, is a fully qualified Fitness Coach and Nutrition Coach. She is also a certified SH1FT Coach, Level 1 & Level 2 Powerwave Coach, a Master Powerwave Coach, and the only qualified Powerwave Junior Active Coach in Wales. With her extensive knowledge and experience, Mel is passionate about guiding and helping clients discover a stronger and healthier version of themselves.
At Fitness by Mel, clients can choose from a variety of services to suit their training style and fitness abilities. These services include 1-2-1 strength and conditioning sessions, small group training sessions, group fitness sessions for both adults and juniors, as well as nutrition coaching. All services are offered in person at the brand new studio, where clients can experience the state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.

In addition to fitness training, Fitness by Mel also offers nutrition coaching. Mel provides tailored nutrition plans to help clients become healthier versions of themselves. The group fitness sessions at Fitness by Mel cater to various preferences and goals. Clients can try the ultimate cardio workout with Spinning classes, which are only offered at this facility on Anglesey. There are also Powerwave workouts, which are 30-minute full-body workouts based on high-intensity interval training. Additionally, there are full body strength circuits, high-intensity interval training sessions focused on either the upper or lower body, strength and conditioning sessions, and traditional strength training sessions targeting specific muscle groups.
