At Fitness Factory, we offer a wide range of state-of-the-art facilities to cater to all your fitness needs. Our spacious and well-equipped cardio/fitness gym is perfect for those looking to improve their cardiovascular endurance and overall fitness level. Additionally, we have two separate free weights gyms to provide a dedicated space for weightlifting enthusiasts. With a total of 50 resistance stations and free weights, as well as a selection of cardiovascular equipment, you'll find everything you need to achieve your fitness goals.

Owner and instructor, Steve Milton, along with his team of experienced and qualified staff, have created a supportive environment where members feel comfortable and motivated.
