Our full membership and student full membership options provide access not only to Fitness First Solihull but also to 1 other gym as part of your membership. We want to ensure that you have plenty of options to stay active and motivated on your fitness journey.

In addition to our state-of-the-art gym equipment and motivating group fitness classes, we also offer additional amenities to enhance your experience at Fitness First Solihull. Enjoy some relaxation time in our sauna and steam room, or take advantage of our free parking and free Wi-Fi. We want you to feel comfortable and supported as you work towards your fitness goals.

Our opening hours are designed to accommodate your busy schedule. We are open from Monday to Thursday from 05:30 am to 10:00 pm, on Fridays from 05:30 am to 09:00 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 07:30 am to 07:30 pm. We are also open on bank holidays from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm, ensuring that you have plenty of opportunities to fit in your workouts.
