Hayley MacDonald's journey in health and fitness began several years ago when she joined a local gym to rebuild her life after a difficult breakup. Initially, her main goal was to lose weight, but she soon discovered the enjoyment of group fitness classes, particularly Zumba. Not only did she achieve her weight loss goals, but she also found a sense of rediscovery and self-love through exercise. Motivated by her own experience, Hayley became a licenced Zumba instructor and started her own business running Zumba classes in the community.
She is committed to sharing her passion for the programme and spreading joy to others while promoting self-acceptance and body positivity. Over the years, Hayley has expanded her expertise by becoming a licenced instructor in other programmes such as Zumba Gold, Zumba Kids, StrongNation, and VeraFlow. Additionally, she has created a class specifically designed for active older adults in collaboration with the Over 50s Association Albany. Hayley believes in making fun exercise accessible to everyone.

The Bronze, Silver, and Gold Memberships provide different levels of access to classes, with the Bronze Membership offering one class per week for $31 per fortnight, the Silver Membership offering two classes per week for $51 per fortnight, and the Gold Membership providing unlimited in-person classes and online access for $69 per fortnight.
