At Fitstop Melville, you'll be supported by our experienced and passionate team of trainers. Our diverse team has a wide range of skills and extensive experience in the fitness industry. They are here to make a genuine difference in your life and help you achieve your fitness goals.
Leading the team at Fitstop Melville is Caitlyn Lewis, our Manager and Head Trainer. Caitlyn has years of coaching experience in group fitness and is also a qualified powerlifting coach. She is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism coach and is currently completing her Diploma in Health and Physical Education.
Another key member of our team is Matthew Bowater, one of our head coaches. Matt holds a Cert IV in Fitness and is a Master Trainer. His passion for health and well-being drove him to obtain a bachelor's degree in Health Science. Matt takes a holistic approach to fitness and is always ready for a chat and some friendly banter.
Riley Woodcock is another valuable member of our team. With extensive experience in the Health & Fitness Industry, Riley was awarded the National Trainer of the Year for Fitstop Franchise in 2021. He is a qualified Master Trainer, a certified Pilates Instructor, and a ZUU Movement coach. Riley also serves as the WA Head Trainer for Fitstop.
Sophie Woodhead is a dedicated trainer who is passionate about helping her clients reach their full potential. She has gained valuable experience through her fitness certifications and work at various group and one-on-one training locations. Sophie's goal is to push you beyond your mental limits and help you discover your true strength and fitness potential.
Jacinta Arnott is another experienced trainer who started her fitness journey at a young age. She experimented with different training styles and methods to test her body's capabilities. She quickly discovered not only the physical benefits but also the mental benefits of fitness. Jacinta has continuously upskilled herself through various courses and has coached at several functional group fitness studios.
