At Fitstop Stafford, we have a diverse team with extensive experience in the fitness industry. Our team is dedicated to making a genuine difference in the lives of our Fitstoppers. Meet our Manager, Regan Glynn, who leads our team with passion and expertise. Our trainer, Cam Colvin, loves coaching at Fitstop because of the energy and camaraderie that our members bring to each class.

When he's not in the gym, Cam is a passionate sports fan and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.

Our workouts at Fitstop Stafford are designed to challenge and transform you. We offer a variety of sessions, including LIFT, PERFORM, CONDITION, and SWEAT. LIFT is a strength-based session that incorporates progressive overload and functional strength exercises. Expect compound lifts, isolation exercises, stability, and mobility training to improve movement quality and overall muscle development.
