The classes for children are designed to make learning an enjoyable experience, incorporating various techniques to engage students of all ages. The minimum age for participation in the children's classes is five years old.
In addition to its strong presence in Exeter, Flaming Fist Martial Arts Academy has instructors and affiliated clubs in other countries as well. With a current student base of over 70 individuals, making use of the academy's nine senior black belts and several junior black belts, a sense of community is fostered as students learn and train together, rain or shine, throughout the entire year.
Training sessions at the academy are held at the Countess Wear Community School, located on Glasshouse Lane in Exeter. Classes for both children and adults are conducted on Tuesdays and Fridays. The children's classes run from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm on Tuesdays, and from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Fridays. The adult classes take place from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm on Tuesdays and from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Fridays.
