Flow – Academy of Motion | Albany is a Gym/Dance School/Sports School located in Auckland. With a focus on modern movement, Flow offers a wide range of classes and activities for pre-schoolers, kids, teens, and adults. Whether it's Parkour, Tumbling, Tricking, Breaking, Callisthenics, Circus, Dance, or Modern Movement Education, Flow has something for everyone.

Their syllabus is designed to encourage creativity, fitness, confidence, and growth. Flow takes pride in being a strong supporter of the Parkour community in New Zealand. They are a member of New Zealand Parkour and a partner with Project Air. In fact, they host JAMZAC, New Zealand's premiere Parkour event, at their Albany Gym. Their purpose-built gyms are designed to provide high energy and modern movement activities for all ages.

Fully supervised and open 7 days a week, their gyms feature a full-size Ninja Warrior Wall, sprung floors (the longest in New Zealand), trampolines, foam pits, and specially designed structures.

One of the unique aspects of Flow is their learning and grading system called Bandit. This system allows students to track their progress by comparing their achievements against thousands of Flow skills. These skills are the same ones taught in their classes. Students can practise their skills, record their progress, and progress through the grades to become Flow Masters.

Flow offers more than just classes. They provide a range of experiences that are unlike anything else. Their Kids Birthday Parties are legendary, full of energy and noise. Their annual camp is a super creative and immersive experience, creating lifelong memories and friendships.

Additionally, their performance team showcases everything Flow has to offer throughout the year, both in their gyms and at events across New Zealand.
