In addition to yoga, Flow Space offers breathwork or 'Pranayama' to cultivate life force energy and promote calmness. Breath practises can provide relief from anxiety, stress, depression, insomnia, asthma, and respiratory conditions. Meditation and mindfulness are also integral practises at Flow Space, allowing individuals to connect with their awareness and establish a deep sense of calm amidst the fluctuations of the mind and external life events.
Further enhancing the wellness experience, Flow Space offers Ayurvedic and Marma Point Massage. These massages not only release tension from muscles but also stimulate the flow of lymph to support the immune system and balance hormone-releasing glands. Indian Head Massage and Marma Point Facial massage specifically target key points on the body to promote overall relaxation and rejuvenation.
