In addition to our signature Pole Course Classes, Fly Girls Fitness offers a variety of other class offerings. These include Aerial Hoop classes, which focus on strength and flexibility as you learn a series of poses and transitions on the hoop. We also offer Yoga classes specifically designed for the female body, incorporating movements and postures that support women's unique physical needs.

Studio owner Crystal Gibson has over a decade of experience helping women develop more self-confidence in their bodies, and this empowerment often translates into other areas of their lives.
Our studio is a positive and supportive space where girls can be girls and support one another. We have created an environment that embraces and celebrates feminine power, encouraging women to unleash their dormant potential through the art of movement. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, our instructors are dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming space for you to explore your physical and spiritual growth.
Fly Girls Fitness is located at Unit 3 Chesterton Drive, Galley Common, Nuneaton. To schedule a visit or inquire about classes, please call 07957740956. Our phone hours are weekdays, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, but email is usually the quickest way to arrange a phone call. Our opening hours are by appointment only, with classes available Monday through Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Thursdays from 4:45 PM to 9:00 PM, Fridays from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
