Focus Boxing Club was established to inspire, promote and develop kids and adults to physically and mentally become the best they can be! To educate and feed the body and mind through the positive promotion of boxing.
Our studio facility is fully inclusive of all the required boxing necessities and open to all within the community from the ages of 9 years old and up. We offer a range of boxing and fitness classes for kids and adults, from beginners to advanced, suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
Our beginners - advanced boxing classes are structured to teach and prepare you with all the necessary skills, technique, fitness and conditioning to compete at state, national and international standards. All of our staff are fully qualified boxing coaches and fitness professionals, insured, checked and trained to exceptional standards.
