Our studio is fully equipped with 4 Reformer/Towers, as well as other props such as Mat, Suspension Straps, and Spine Correctors to enhance and challenge your Pilates practice. We offer a range of multi-level classes that cater to each individual's needs and abilities, allowing you to progress at your own pace while still being challenged.
In addition to our group classes, we also offer private and semi-private sessions for a more personalized experience. Our instructors are experienced in working with clients with chronic conditions or injuries, and can provide modifications to ensure a safe and effective workout tailored to your specific needs.
If you're new to Pilates, we recommend starting with our Beginner Package, which includes a private training session and two Level 1 classes to help you feel confident and comfortable in your practice. Our goal is to provide you with the skills and knowledge to progress in your Pilates journey with ease and confidence.
We kindly ask that you arrive at the studio 5 minutes before the start of your class, turn off all devices to maintain a peaceful environment, and wear grip socks for safety during class. Our instructors are here to guide you through a mindful and focused Pilates experience, so please listen to their directions and be attentive to your body's needs throughout the class.
