Sukhjinder Singh Laddi is a Gold medallist in folk instruments and has had the honour of performing for the Indian Council For Cultural Relations (ICCR) and Ministry Of External Affairs on multiple occasions. He has showcased his talent in various countries such as Italy, France, Hungary, Turkey, Bhutan, and many more, presenting captivating folk dances including Bhangra, Jhoomer, Malwai Giddha, and Jindua, as well as folk orchestra performances.

Sukhjinder Singh is also a renowned Algozey recordist in the Punjabi music industry, Bollywood, and Coke Studio. With his extensive experience and expertise, he provides coaching in Folk Orchestra and Folk Dance to all age groups, including international students, with branches across Melbourne in Cranbourne East, Lynbrook, Pakenham, Taylors Lakes, Keysborough, Mulgrave, and Wollert.

As an academy, Folk Lovers Academy has achieved significant recognition, winning prestigious competitions such as the Telstra Bollywood Dance competition and Australian Indian Got Talent in 2019. In addition to dance classes, they also offer Folk Instruments coaching for those interested in mastering traditional Punjabi instruments.
