Fondation Poorna-Jnana Yoga Inc is a Yoga retreat centre and Meditation centre located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. The name Poorna-Jnana Yoga, derived from Sanskrit, translates to “the union of spirit with matter through the path of knowledge”.
