Are you the owner of Force Boxing and Fitness Nanaimo?
Our Nanaimo location offers youth boxing classes on Tuesday and Thursday for kids ages 9-15. These classes are aimed at teaching young individuals the basics of boxing, as well as promoting discipline, focus, and physical fitness. Our certified coaches work closely with the youth to ensure they are learning in a safe and supportive environment.
In addition to youth classes, we also offer adult boxing classes at various times throughout the week. Our classes cater to all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced boxers. Our trainers will work with you to improve your technique, build strength, and increase your overall fitness.
