Stacey believes that boxing is for everyone, from total newbies to seasoned pros. If you're just starting out, our Beginners & Technique Classes will get you up to speed. When you’re ready to ramp it up, our BoxFit Classes will have you sweating with high-intensity interval training and boxing skills. And for those aiming to step into the ring, our Competition Classes are spot on!

Our gym in Helensville has top-notch gear, including Aqua Training Bag’s water-filled boxing bags and our specially designed conventional bags. Don’t stress about bringing your own gloves and hand wraps – we've got you sorted for free.
