We offer Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) with weapons training like longsword and messer, modern combatives focused on defending common attacks and striking, and lightsabre classes for training with a fantasy weapon.
For HEMA, we train weapons based on historical texts, then put what you learn to the test in sparring. Modern combatives includes defending against attacks and practicing defending against weapons such as knives and sticks.
