If you have always wondered about the importance of having a strong core or the concept of functional fitness, Pilates is the answer. FLO offers both Mat Pilates Classes and Reformer Classes. Mat Pilates is a straightforward way to strengthen your core, reduce injuries, and enhance stability. For a full-body strengthening workout, the Reformer Classes, which utilise 'Reformer Beds,' provide a safe and injury-free experience.

In addition to Yoga and Pilates, FLO is also dedicated to promoting creativity through its workshops.
