Centro Forma Evolution has been a beacon of fitness in Verona since 1995. In 2018, we expanded to a second location in Grezzana, boasting innovative equipment, qualified instructors, and a stunning outdoor terrace for open-air workouts against a breathtaking valley backdrop. Both our Verona and Grezzana gyms feature state-of-the-art cardio and strength training facilities, Olympic equipment, spacious group fitness and pilates rooms, a pilates studio, and a scenic outdoor training area for individual or group sessions. At our Magellano location, you can also find a brand new wellness zone with a sauna and relaxation area.

Looking ahead, we are excited to announce our newest concept as we venture into Verona's historic center at Largo Pescheria Vecchia 9a in 2023. Prepare for a gym focused on personal training, offering individualized and small group sessions led by qualified coaches at regular gym prices. The facility will be equipped with top-quality cardio and isotonic tools, a space for bodyweight and self-defense training, and boxing sessions.
