Classes Offered At Fort Green, we offer a variety of classes to cater to different preferences and levels of experience. Our classes include Vinyasa, Yin, Slow Flow, Beginners Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Barre. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out on your wellness journey, we have something for everyone. We also have a special Barre + Bebes class designed for new parents and their little ones, focusing on feel-good movement, stretching, and postpartum strengthening exercises.
Beginner Yoga Course If you're new to the yoga practise, our 6-week beginner course is the perfect way to get started. Starting on January 14th, 2024, this course will provide you with the foundational knowledge and skills needed to build a strong and fulfilling yoga practise. Register now to secure your spot!
Membership Options At Fort Green, we offer flexible membership options to suit your needs. We have a 2-week unlimited classes pass for $40, allowing you to explore different classes and find your movement vibe. If you're looking for a longer commitment, our 1-month unlimited classes pass is available for $130. Both memberships give you access to all our classes, from yoga to pilates to barre, under one roof.
