At Fortify Your Health, we offer a variety of classes to cater to different fitness preferences. Our Fortify Fitness class is a 45-minute workout suitable for all fitness levels, incorporating elements of varied exercise styles. For those looking for a more advanced challenge, our Fortify Plus class focuses on advanced technical fitness, including heavy weightlifting, gymnastics, and endurance training. We also offer a fun boxing style fitness class, low impact fitness classes for those aged 50 and over, and a mid-week yoga flow for relaxation and flexibility.

We understand that everyone's schedule is different, so we have a range of class times to accommodate various commitments. Our gym is open from Monday to Friday, with early morning and evening classes available. We also have a Saturday morning class for those who prefer weekend workouts.

Membership options at Fortify Your Health are flexible and affordable. Our direct debit membership is $33. 00 per week, allowing you to attend unlimited classes. Additional family members from the same household receive a discounted membership rate, and school students can enjoy a reduced rate of $22.

00 per week. If you prefer a more flexible option, we offer a one-week class pass for $44. 00, allowing you to attend unlimited classes for one week from the date of purchase. We also have casual class options and a 10-session package for further flexibility.
