With 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Rachel has developed expertise in personal training. She thoroughly enjoys introducing newcomers to the gym training environment, facilitating fun fitness challenges, and running group fitness classes. Rachel also provides one-on-one personal training sessions and has formed strong connexions within the community.
In addition to her fitness background, Rachel is also a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) practitioner. She has undergone training with The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology and The Flow Research Collective in Flow Coaching for Peak Human Performance. Rachel's passion for neuroscience, cognition, and mental health allows her to provide a holistic approach to fitness, focusing not only on physical training but also on mind mastery.
