The running group, known as Foxee Runners, provides Learn to Run for Beginners courses as well as Run to Improve courses. The Beginners courses take place in January only, while the Run to Improve courses run throughout the rest of the year. Participants can choose to attend sessions on Saturdays at 9:15am at Hall Place, Bexley, or on Sundays at 9:15am at Danson Park, Bexleyheath. The Run to Improve courses offer the opportunity to explore different locations, ensuring each session is unique and exciting.
Foxee Fitness welcomes both men and women of all ages and abilities, creating a supportive and inclusive community. The cost for the entire 12-week Beginners Course is 100, with an early bird price available. It is essential to understand that once booked and paid for, there are no refunds for missed sessions due to reasons such as holidays, injury, illness, or any other circumstance. Course fees are non-transferrable, and participants must agree to the terms and conditions before confirming their booking. In rare cases where courses are not fully subscribed, participants may be asked to swap to another day, or a refund can be issued with a 5 administration fee deducted.
