What happens at Cooks River parkrun?

We host a free, fun, friendly weekly 5k where you can walk, jog, run, volunteer or simply spectate.

When and where do you meet?

We run every Saturday at 8:00am at Saint Mary Mackillop Reserve on the corner of Canterbury Rd and Berna St, Canterbury NSW 2193.

How do I register or join in?

Register before your first visit using your event registration. Bring a scannable barcode copy so you can get a time if you participate.

Cooks River parkrun | Cross Country Running in Sydney

Parkrun organise free, weekly, 5 km timed runs around the world. They are open to everyone, free, and are safe and easy to take part in.

These events take place in pleasant parkland surroundings, and we encourage people of every ability to take part; from walkers or those taking their first steps in running to Olympians; from juniors to those with more experience; we welcome you all.
