During this no-obligation training session, we'll provide you with the opportunity to get a taste of what BJJ is all about. All you need to bring is yourself and some comfortable workout attire like a t-shirt and shorts or general gym wear. If you don't have a Jiu-Jitsu Gi, no worries! We have clean ones available for borrowing.

The focus of this introductory class will be on the basics of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, giving you a solid foundation in essential techniques. Our experienced instructors will guide you through Gracie warm-ups, teach you how to roll, break-fall, and participate in drills. You'll also gain valuable knowledge in self-defence and ground grappling, all in a safe and supportive environment.
