WAVE 2 (Up to 30m) The Wave 2 (Intermediate) course is designed for freedivers who want to further their skills and push their limits. Building on the foundation laid in Wave 1, this course focuses on deep equalisation, advanced breath-hold techniques, and mental preparation. With a combination of theory and practical sessions, you'll increase your depth and improve your overall performance.

WAVE 3 (Up to 40m) The Wave 3 (Advanced) course is for experienced freedivers who are ready to take their abilities to the next level. This course delves into advanced equalisation techniques, advanced safety procedures, and advanced freediving physiology. You'll refine your skills and gain the confidence to dive to depths of up to 40 metres.
