Raving about our children's programmes at FSC Muay Thai. We offer classes for children aged 4-7 in our Tiny Thaitans programme, focusing on building confidence, respect, and healthy habits through exercise. For older children and teens aged 8-17, our Junior Warriors programme develops life skills such as self-control, confidence, goal setting, perseverance, and self-defence skills.

For adults, we have a range of classes to suit all abilities. Our Positive Start programme is perfect for beginners, focusing on developing martial arts skills and mastering all the basics of Muay Thai, including punches, kicks, knees, and elbow strikes. Our Warrior Programme is for adults who already have martial arts experience and offers more advanced training and techniques. Many of our members have graduated from our beginners classes and continue to find challenge and growth in the Warrior programme.

For those looking to take their skills to the next level, we offer a Championship Programme. In this programme, we regularly train world champions, UK ranked fighters, and advanced Muay Thai practitioners. Classes in this programme are skills-based, incorporating fitness, sparring, and strength and conditioning training.

We also offer Ladies Only Kickboxing classes, catering to all abilities and fitness levels. These classes focus on self-defence, fitness, and building confidence through intensive martial arts and Thai boxing training.

At FSC Muay Thai, our goal is to provide a welcoming and sociable environment for all our students to learn and keep fit. We believe that martial arts training can build confidence that can be carried into everyday life. Our founder and head coach, Sonny Perez, is passionate about creating high-quality Muay Thai and kickboxing facilities in Exeter and Exmouth. He began his own martial arts journey at a young age and his dream is now a reality with FSC Muay Thai.
