Function First Martial Arts and Fitness, led by Paula, has been at the heart of the Lincoln community since 2005, delivering top-notch martial arts training for 18 years.
Paula’s school offers a robust schedule for both kids and adults, with no binding contracts or rigid schedules. Kids aged 5-8 join the Vipers and those aged 9-15 become Cadets, with classes running all year long to build up their skills consistently.
Adults benefit from a free trial and a 10% discount for carers, plus the flexibility to train on their own terms. They can cross-train under one roof, roll over missed classes, making it ideal for shift workers. Competitive fighters can join dedicated fight team packages.
Paula fosters a friendly, inclusive environment where families can train together, and private 1-2-1 sessions offer personalised attention. Students train at their own pace, with support for competition prep, grading, and personal goals. Every session is customised to the individual’s needs.
