Have never done a fitness class before? No problem! Our instructors are experienced and welcoming to all fitness levels, so don't be intimidated to give it a try.

What should I bring to class? We recommend bringing a water bottle, towel, and comfortable workout attire. You may also want to bring your own yoga mat if you prefer.

Can I purchase classes at the studio? Yes, we accept both cash and card payments for classes and memberships. You can also purchase classes online through our website or app.

Do you have a cancelation policy? We ask that you cancel your class reservation at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a late cancelation fee. This allows us to open up the spot for another participant.

Is there parking available? Yes, we have ample free parking available for all our members and guests.

Can I bring my child to class? We offer a daycare service for children aged 6 months to 12 years old during select class times. Please inquire about availability when booking your class.

What COVID-19 safety measures do you have in place? We have implemented strict cleaning protocols, social distancing measures, and capacity limits to ensure the safety of all our members. Masks are required in all common areas.
