One of the key figures in Future Goodmayes is Rudolf Kraus, the Chairman and Head Coach of the U10 team. With an impressive 26 years of coaching experience in Germany and England, Rudolf has achieved numerous titles and cup competitions in leagues such as Chelmsford, Echo, Brentwood, JPL, and EJA. His winning mentality and exceptional coaching abilities make him a highly respected figure within the football community.

Constantin Rusu, the Head Coach of the U8 team, is another esteemed member of the Future Goodmayes coaching staff. With 13 years of coaching experience in Moldova and England, Constantin has worked with the Moldova U21 national team from 2011 to 2013. He has also achieved several titles in leagues such as Echo and Brentwood since joining the UK coaching ranks in 2014.

Dan Silaghi, the Head Coach of the U7 team, may have only two years of coaching experience in England, but his passion and dedication to the club are immeasurable. He has been involved from the very beginning, assisting in the setup and management of the club. His enthusiasm and commitment to developing youth talent make him a valuable asset to Future Goodmayes.

Completing the coaching staff is Marco Chiorean, the Goalkeeper Coach. Marco firmly believes in the motto “When you don't give up, you cannot fail,” which perfectly encapsulates the mentality shared among the Future Goodmayes coaches. With his guidance, young goalkeepers in the club receive the necessary training and support to develop their skills and excel on the field.

Future Goodmayes Academy is not just a football club; it is an institution that combines sport, education, and technology. The club strives to provide a perfect environment for players to optimise their performance, both on and off the pitch.
