FutureShock Wrestling Performance Centre, located in Manchester City Centre, is a renowned wrestling school that has been at the forefront of creating the next generation of wrestling talent since its establishment in 2004. With over 19 years of experience, FutureShock has produced stars who have made their mark in the British Wrestling scene, as well as gaining recognition internationally with promotions such as WOS Wrestling, NXT UK, Impact Wrestling, and WWE.

The dedicated team at FutureShock, led by Head Trainer Sam Bailey and Pro Wrestling NOAH star Chris Ridgeway, is committed to continuing the legacy of the school. They offer regular shows throughout the year, providing hands-on experience and allowing aspiring wrestlers to witness the potential that can be achieved with the right training.

For those interested in embarking on a professional wrestling career, FutureShock Wrestling and the FutureShock Wrestling Performance Centre offer an exciting opportunity with their week-long beginners' course. Under the guidance of Sam Bailey, participants will be taken through the fundamental skills needed to step into the ring. The course provides a comprehensive introduction to the world of professional wrestling and is designed to give aspiring wrestlers a solid foundation to start their journey. The training takes place over five days, from midday until 5pm.

Additionally, FutureShock Wrestling and the Performance Centre offer the Ridgeway Advanced Week, providing a unique chance to train with Chris Ridgeway himself. Renowned for his world-travelling experience and exceptional conditioning, Chris Ridgeway is a current 2-time GHC Jr Heavyweight Tag Team Champion in Pro Wrestling NOAH. The week-long intensive training course is fashioned after the dojo-style training that professional wrestlers in Japan undergo. It aims to challenge participants, push their limits, and enhance their skills to prepare them for the demanding world of wrestling.

The Ridgeway Advanced Week runs from Monday to Friday, with training sessions held from midday until 5pm.

FutureShock Wrestling Performance Centre offers various training options to suit individual needs. Beginner courses are held regularly, with the next session scheduled for November 18th. These courses consist of four weekly Saturday sessions at a cost of 75. To provide greater flexibility, FutureShock offers monthly training plans via Direct Debit.

Bronze Pass offers one session per week for 50, Silver Pass provides three sessions a week for 90, and Gold Pass allows for unlimited sessions across all seven days for 150. Pay-as-you-go options are also available, with single sessions priced at 16. Private group sessions can be arranged upon request.

The FutureShock Wrestling Performance Centre is conveniently located at 2 Sheffield St, Manchester M1 2ND, behind Piccadilly Train Station. Classes are held seven days a week, but due to limited capacity, booking is essential.
