

Welcome to Gabi J Pilates, a vibrant and inclusive Pilates studio located in the heart of Newcomb. Our mission is to provide a space for everyone, young and old, to move their body, improve their strength, and enhance their overall well-being.
At Gabi J Pilates, we offer a range of classes designed to suit different needs and fitness levels. Our small group classes are perfect for those who enjoy the support and camaraderie of exercising with others. Led by our experienced instructors, these classes focus on correct techniques and body awareness, helping you develop strength, flexibility, and balance.
For those who prefer more personalised attention, we also offer private and semi-private classes. In these 1:1 or 2:1 sessions, our instructors tailor each session to suit your unique body and goals, providing you with a customised Pilates experience.
Additionally, we hold weekly mat classes in a supportive and social environment. These classes are a great way to connect with others while improving your core strength, mobility, and posture.
Gabi J Pilates is led by Gabi Johnston, a passionate instructor with a background in physiology. Gabi's fascination with the human body drives her dedication to helping others achieve their fitness goals. Her classes are designed to be enjoyable yet challenging enough for all fitness levels and body shapes. In addition to her home studio, Gabi also teaches reformer Pilates sessions in several Geelong studios.
