Gage Yoga- Martinson Health & Athletics is a renowned Yoga studio located in Camrose, founded by Bridgette Ponto, a highly experienced Yoga Instructor with over 12 years of teaching experience. Bridgette is dedicated to sharing the transformative power of yoga with her beloved community, both in her studio and on a global scale through her work with JOGA training professional athletes in the NHL, NBA, CFL and Hockey Canada.
The studio offers a variety of popular yoga classes for adults and kids, as well as workshops focused on mindfulness, empowerment, health, and well-being. Bridgette's intention is to guide students towards finding more space in their bodies, deeper connections, greater self-awareness, and overall improvement in their physical and mental well-being. She believes in creating a space where students can appreciate and listen to their bodies, allowing for personal growth and self-love.
In addition to regular classes and workshops, Bridgette also leads yoga retreats in East-Central Alberta twice a year, providing students with the opportunity to step outside their usual environment and experience deep cleansing and transformation. She is constantly seeking to expand her knowledge and skills as a teacher, having completed various yoga trainings in different traditions such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga, and JOGA.
