Athlete Centre, you are stepping into Geelong's top training facility for athletes. The centre was created to provide regional athletes with access to elite facilities and coaches without having to travel to Melbourne. Geelong Athlete Centre offers a range of programmes to suit athletes of all levels and needs.

The Athlete Development Programme is designed for elite or developing athletes who are looking to take their sport to the next level. This programme provides a high-performance preparation plan tailored to each athlete's goals and requirements.

For high school-aged athletes between 13–17 years old, the Junior Development Programme is specifically designed to positively impact talented youth athletes and help them on their path to success.

The Return to Sport Programme is for injured athletes who are looking for the best way to train and return to playing their sport. This programme focuses on safe and effective training methods to aid recovery and enhance performance.

For athletes who are unable to physically attend the facility, the Online Training Programme offers the benefit of high-performance programming through virtual coaching and training sessions.

Geelong Athlete Centre believes in the four pillars of performance: mindset, nutrition, recovery, and movement. To help athletes develop these pillars, the centre provides free e-books as valuable resources.
