

Get Boxing is a boxing club located in Lindfield, Sydney. Catering to teens and young adults aged 12 and above, Get Boxing offers a safe, fun, and supportive environment for individuals to improve their confidence, develop their fitness and strength, build lasting friendships, and learn essential self-defence techniques.
The classes at Get Boxing focus on teaching real boxing skills without the need to get in the ring. Led by a team of highly qualified coaches, each session is well planned and managed to ensure a fun and engaging experience for every participant. Whether you have zero boxing experience or are already an experienced boxer, Get Boxing welcomes individuals of all skill levels.
The classes focus on fundamental boxing techniques, such as the jab, hook, uppercut, and straight punch, as well as balance and footwork. In addition to boxing skills, participants also engage in a variety of fitness-building activities, including circuit training, cardio work, core strength development, strengthening exercises, and partner work. The classes incorporate the use of hand wraps and boxing gloves for added safety.
Get Boxing's studio is located in the West Lindfield Community Hall and is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment for a productive class. The studio features hanging bags, focus mitts, punch shields, skipping ropes, balance cushions, hand weights, slam balls, and footwork ladders. Additionally, the studio is fully air-conditioned for comfortable training and offers convenient onsite parking.
The Get Boxing team comprises passionate and dedicated individuals who are committed to helping every teen excel in their boxing skills and achieve their fitness goals. All employees at Get Boxing hold current working with children checks (WWCC) to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. The senior instructor is a qualified Boxing Coach and Personal Trainer with extensive experience in the fitness and exercise industry. Their relaxed, non-confrontational, and engaging teaching style creates a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for all participants.
Joining Get Boxing is a simple process. Interested individuals can complete the enrolment form, and the team will be in touch with the next steps. Get Boxing also offers family discounts for those looking to enrol multiple members. Participants are requested to wear black shorts or track pants, a plain white tee-shirt, and clean, supportive sports shoes that allow ease of movement.
Boxing gloves and quick hand wraps are also required for each session.
Get Boxing offers classes on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings during the school term. The Tuesday Teens Boxing & Fitness class runs from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, while the Wednesday Teens Boxing & Fitness class is held from 5:15 pm to 6:30 pm.
