The Gippsland Branch of the German Shepherd Dog Club Of Victoria - Gippsland, known as My Shepherd, My Friend, My Responsibility, invites all dog sports enthusiasts to join their weekly training sessions. These sessions take place at the Canal Reserve, specifically at the Sunday Market Grounds, located at Punt Lane, Sale 3850.
The training kicks off promptly at 10am, so if you're a first-time attendee, it's recommended to arrive 15–20 minutes early. This early arrival provides an opportunity for you to have a chat with the team about your individual needs and complete any necessary forms before the training begins. Just keep in mind that if you happen to arrive after 10am, you might have to wait until the ongoing classes wrap up before we can catch up with you.
Don't forget to bring along your furry friend's current vaccination certificate as proof of their up-to-date vaccinations. It's an important requirement for the safety and health of all our participants.
It's significant to note that there will be no training sessions on long weekends. However, training will continue as usual during school holidays, following the regulations set by the Victorian State Government.
In these challenging times, we prioritise the safety and well-being of everyone. Therefore, as a safety precaution amid the Covid-19 pandemic, we kindly ask all attendees at any GSDCV training branch or event to provide evidence of double vaccination against Covid-19. This precaution ensures a safe environment for all participants and reduces the risk of transmission. If, unfortunately, you are unable to provide proof of vaccination or a valid medical exemption, we kindly request that you refrain from attending the training for the time being.
