About
Glasgow Golf Club, positioned in Bearsden, Glasgow, is the 9th oldest golf club globally. With over two centuries of heritage, this members' club offers both a classic parkland course and an R&A-endorsed championship course, providing a superb golfing experience for all abilities.
Established in 1787, Glasgow Golf Club manages two courses 35 miles apart. The heritage parkland course is on the North bank of the River Kelvin, just five miles from Glasgow city centre, designed by Old Tom Morris in 1903. Exclusive to members, guests can play if accompanied by a member.
The championship course, Gailes Links, is on the West Coast of Scotland in Ayrshire. Willie Park Jnr designed it in 1912, and it has hosted 32 international competitions since 1927, serving as an Open Qualifying Course from 2014 to 2017. It offers a challenging and scenic round, popular among both locals and visitors.
Joe Bloggs, as the organiser, is committed to delivering a top-notch golfing experience both on and off the course at Glasgow Golf Club. The club welcomes individuals, groups, or those on a golf tour. From the greens to the clubhouse, every detail is looked after to guarantee enjoyment.
