The Glenboig Bootcamp, held at Glenboig Village Park, is a popular group fitness class that takes place every Saturday at 8:30 AM. This outdoor class utilises High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) principles and incorporates elements from callisthenics, crossfit, and more. James ensures that the class is suitable for all fitness levels by providing easier and harder progressions for each exercise. Participants can expect a challenging workout that focuses on strength, cardiovascular fitness, and overall conditioning.
The cost to attend the Glenboig Bootcamp is 4. 50 for adults aged 18 and over, 1 for teenagers aged 13-17, and free for children aged 12 and below. For adults, there is also an option to purchase a block of 10 sessions for 30, which can be used at any time and have no expiry date.
In addition to the Glenboig Bootcamp, James also offers Personal Training sessions for individuals, couples, and groups. These sessions can be held in public parks, at the client's property, or at James's property.
