Glenda's Fishery

Well-respected figure in the fishing industry, eventually establishing Glenda's Fishery on the Munster Blackwater in Ireland.

Glenda's Fishery offers a range of services to anglers, including Hosted Trips to destinations such as Argentina, Greenland, Scotland, and Ireland, where anglers can experience some of the best sea-trout, Arctic Char, and Atlantic Salmon fishing in the world. The club also provides Guiding and Tuition services with Glenda Powell herself, who has over 25 years of experience in the fishing industry. Whether anglers prefer one-on-one sessions, group sessions, or on-location tuition, Glenda can tailor a package to suit individual needs.

Located on the Munster Blackwater, Glenda's Fishery consists of two adjoining beats, Upper Kilmurry and Lower Kilmurry, covering approximately 1. 8 km of water on the left bank. Positioned below Careysville Weir, the beats offer beautiful glides, riffles, and streamy water for anglers to explore. Constant improvements are being made to ensure easy access both in and out of the water, allowing anglers to make the most of their fishing experience.

In addition to the fishing services, Glenda's Fishery offers a range of products for anglers, including a monthly online newsletter, online meetings with Glenda and special guests, invites to in-person events, and access to a members-only Facebook group.
