Frequently Asked Questions
We offer traffic free riding with guided one hour, two hour, and half or whole day rides. You can also book professional tuition in small groups or individually on well schooled horses and ponies.
Rides are based at Glen Tanar on Royal Deeside between Aboyne and Ballater. One hour rides go around the Trout Loch, through the Ancient Wood of Caledon, and along the Water of Tanar, while longer rides extend through woods and up into the hills.
