Glovebox is a sports club located in Sydney, Australia, specifically in the suburb of Warriewood. It was established in 2006 by Paul Anderson, a former N. S. W light heavyweight champion who was mentored by former Olympic Boxing Trainer Charlie Smith.

With 25 years of experience in the boxing industry, Paul has worked with many elite sportspeople and possesses the knowledge and training skills to provide a great boxing experience.

The classes at Glovebox are designed to provide a comprehensive boxing experience. They consist of technical drills, which include basic punching techniques such as moving hands with feet and turning the hand-over to hit with the top two knuckles. Short circuit training is also incorporated, which involves a combination of exercises performed in one-minute bursts, with a 15-second break between each exercise. Weight training using small hand weights is another component, with a focus on body toning, weight loss, and conditioning.

Advanced stretching techniques and cooling down exercises are included to promote flexibility and recovery.

It's important to note that all classes at Glovebox must be booked online in advance. If a booked class is missed, it is considered forfeited. Classes cannot be carried over to the following week and any unused classes within a contract period cannot be carried over to the next contract period. To terminate a contract, a minimum of 30 days' written notice is required.
