Go Freediving is a diving centre located in Bath, New Zealand. It offers a range of courses and experiences for beginners and experienced freedivers, as well as other water sport enthusiasts. Led by the highly experienced Freediving Instructor Trainer, Emma Farrell, Go Freediving provides a safe and relaxed environment for individuals to explore the beauty of the underwater world.
The RAID Freediver Course is the perfect option for beginner and intermediate freedivers. This comprehensive course introduces students to the sport of freediving and equips them with the necessary skills to dive to depths of up to 20m. During the course, participants will have the opportunity to explore submerged boats, trucks, cars, and planes, while swimming alongside vibrant shoals of fish. This course is not only suitable for those interested in freediving, but also for surfers, scuba divers, and other water sports enthusiasts.
For individuals who have already started a RAID Freediver Course, Advanced Freediver Course, or Master Freediving Course but have not yet completed their skills for certification, the Returner Course is the ideal choice. This course allows participants to refresh their skills, prepare for the next level certification, or cross over from another course programme. Upon joining one of the regular courses suited to their current level, participants will have their skills assessed and signed off as appropriate.
Breathing Optimisation is a series of live online classes designed to improve lung function, CO2 tolerance, and breath hold. Created by Emma Farrell, who has extensive experience in teaching breathing optimisation to elite athletes, amateurs, and individuals with specific breathing difficulties, this course offers valuable insights and techniques to enhance overall performance and well-being.
Go Freediving also offers group booking discounts for courses, making it an excellent option for friends or families who want to embark on the freediving journey together. Additionally, the centre has a thriving club that meets regularly, providing a friendly community for members and great networking opportunities. Club membership comes with numerous benefits, so joining the Go Freediving community is highly recommended.
Trips and holidays are regularly organised by Go Freediving, allowing individuals to experience UK trips and foreign destinations with like-minded freedivers. These trips provide an opportunity to further explore the underwater world while enjoying the company of fellow diving enthusiasts.
