If you find yourself unable to attend a class, we kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Rest assured that if you inform us within this timeframe, we will automatically move your booking to your preferred date.
When you attend our yoga classes, you don't need to worry about bringing anything with you. Our fully equipped studio provides everything you need, from mats and blocks to belts and bolsters. Additionally, we offer changing facilities and showers, ensuring that you have all the amenities necessary for a comfortable experience.

We kindly request that you avoid using Google Maps, as it often directs people to the wrong corner, just a block away. Please be aware that parking on the street is lifted at 7.30pm. Our scheduled classes for Monday and Tuesday are perfect for individuals seeking a proper stretch. These classes are particularly popular among runners, leaving participants feeling taller and more relaxed. On the other hand, our Wednesday and Thursday classes are Ashtanga-based, offering a more intense workout. Even if you are unfamiliar with Ashtanga, we encourage you to join in, as you will quickly adapt to the postures and build strength and stamina over time.
